I think you're just worried that your "pure" JAVfu would end up turning into a slut that would do anything for gratification. Yeah it's just my own speculation, I know I might not be right, but I've come up with some factors as to why JAV actresses may end up doing uncensored releases.
1. They were never picked up by a censored studio and therefore were never good in the first place (hence why many uncensored releases until recently have been awful)
2. They were somewhat popular actresses that are about to retire and want to make a quick cash grab before they disappear (though I'm not sure how well an uncensored studio pays compared to a censored studio, probably less unless it's a one-time thing with a popular actress)
3. They want the extra dosh despite being extremely popular
4. Their censored releases were unsuccessful and hope that an uncensored release would keep them relevant (though I've never seen this scenario succeed)

And obviously actresses can choose not to release uncensored releases at all.
