So I just got out of Juice=Juice's last performance of Special Juice. I had fucking amazing seats. 7th row, left inner aisle seat. I recommend the aisle seats. You get more room. Kobushi opened for them but I switched spots for it with some guy like 10 rows behind me because he wanted to. I don't like Kobushi, so nothing lost. Honesty, I didn't pay any attention to them. Except Rio like twice. She's good. I wish Tsubaki had also come. I would have cheered the shit out of Yamagishi. I'm going to open with a disclaimer. Maybe because I had such fucking amazing seats, I spent 80% of my time just looking at Yuka. Just. Yuka. This girl is the cutest god damned thing on this planet! I want to protect her from all the evils this world may contain. I feel like she needs to gain a tiny bit of weight. She's reaching stick status. And, it hurts to go against my beliefs, Yuka can pull off a good ass sex face. I wanted to for just a split second about 5 times throughout. Speaking of sex faces, Tomo is pure sex on stage. I've said it before and I'll say it again, they're the saviors of H!P. They can sing and they can dance. But, to actually save H!P, they need to make a couple of improvements. One, they need to talk more. There was one MC. How am I supposed to get into a group if I don't know what they're like. Two, they need more hype songs. All their songs are pretty middle level, which is fine, but not for an entire setlist. Samidare is easily their best song live. They need some hype ass Berryz songs like Icchome or Yo no Naka. Speaking of songs, their new songs are all meh. Nothing to write home about at all. Look forward to the release of these mediocre songs. The concert itself was pretty good. The first like third to half was okay, almost borderlining on boring at points. Half way through some Kenshuusei came out to perform. Kisora looks way better in person. I honestly think she looks terrible in all pictures. Asakura has a good mouth on her. Funaki needs a big one, right now! I realized today that Ichioka kind of looks like my mom and subsequently sister when they were younger. I don't know if its okay to continue liking her. The second half though, that shit was pretty good. Even though Yuka doesn't get many lines, I got my jumps in really good and hard. Sayuki really nails Magic of Love. I was really glad to see them do Ten made Nobore. Nice to know they actually acknowledge it as a JJ song. During one of their new songs, at the end, Tsuzuiteiku STORY (a ballad), I think it was, Sayuki starts to tear up and I think Karin a bit too, but more noticeably Sayuki. That pulled a heart string. Memories of the Berryz Budoukan flooded in a tad. I teared up. Then during the goodbyes or whatever they are, Tomoko tears up pretty hard. Nice to see more tears from that girl. The concert ends with Wonderful World. That's a good ass song. I recommend using it as your morning alarm.

After that, I thought it was done, but everyone starts calling for second encore. I got fucking hyped. They didn't give us a second encore, but they did come out and thanked us all in really cute, girly, high pitched vibes without mics. I smiled like an idiot. I smiled a lot this concert. At Yuka. Always at Yuka. Did I mention Yuka and my fuck awesome seats? Yuka!

Overall, second best concert I've been to here, well ever really, best being Berryz Budoukan, worst being ANGERME.

Also, this way my final idol event. Thank you guys for putting up with me for the past like 8 months. I strongly, strongly recommend you all make a pilgrimage to watch your favorite idols live. It may sound dumb and obvious, but when you do, make your first event your favorite group's event. You always remember your first very vividly. Don't be afraid to call your idols name! Don't be afraid to mess up a call! Don't be afraid to blow out your voice! You don't need to speak the next day anyways. Don't be afraid to jump like idiot! Let everyone around you know you're serious! Let everyone know that the foreigners can play hard ball too! Nobody knows you anyways and your oshi might smile your way. Don't be afraid to link up with your neighbors for songs! I wish I could have done that, but every single event, I was the surrounded by nothing but sticks in the bud. At least I stood out to my oshi more. Be proud of being an idol fan! It's your time to shine too! Let your true inner self out! Let him breath! Well, first and foremost, I have to go back home to graduate. I think I can finish a semester earlier than planned too.
As for plans to return, internally I tell myself that I'll definitely be back. Idol events aside, this country is amazing on so many levels, entertainment, nature, food, the people, everything. But in reality, to come back, I'd either have to go for a masters and I really just want to stop going to school or get a job teaching English. I'm no good at speaking in front of people and I always swore to myself since elementary school that I'd never become a teacher. I've taken too many missteps so far, or rather, I never did anything because I was too lazy to get a better job, but then again, because of that same laziness, I've never actually looked at jobs for after I graduate. I have a lot of things to think about once I get home.
As for who's going to take over idol reports, some anon looks like he's going to Osaka this fall, so maybe he'll go to an idol event and tell us about it.
