I'm less about stats and more like every monster is actually stupidly tough but can be as vulnerable as a normal human to certain type of attacks. Like ice spells on reptilian monsters are just bad news for them across the board. Some can take impacts with ease while not handling slicing very well.

Not that I hate the concept of levels or something similar.

Humans who go on adventures just naturally surpass the average human ability due to experience, exposure to magic, or the environment being so harsh just living there will make you a bit tougher. There's a steep curve between those who set out to adventure and actual adventurers. Most get caught within the first week so they don't benefit from this until they become incubi or something.

She doesn't fit the general feel or theme of MGE (to be a monster girl setting that's more vanilla and "widely accessible" than others), she doesn't fit the theme of the tentacle forest (which is basically just a way to include the tentacle rape fetish in the setting, why the fuck can it happen to guys now too?), and there's nothing really interesting about her.
