I have spent 75,000 fuel, 260 or so buckets, and some amount of ammo and steel that is close but not as dangerously low as my fuel has become.

Kitakami has cut in the E6 boss 3 times to 1 HP, 2 times being consecutive.

Once you get 2 or 3 battleships you'd be better off on resources to let drops do your BB farming for a month or so. Your main goal is to level ships so that you can do sorties.

Spam the 10-30-10-31 recipe to get anti-sub equipment. Once you have 6+ you can start leveling DD/CLs on 1-5 while trying to get submarines to drop. Once you have 2+ subs you can spam 2-4's first node. This will level heavy cruisers, BBs, and CV/CVLs until you're able to clear 2-4.

No. One of my retarded friends was talking about it being wrong, I googled a thread from that site with event drops in name, and it turns out someone competent not only translated data from kancolle-db but also recalculated some of the data for only S ranks. Turns out the friend was talking about different thread which was indeed terrible. But still not as terrible as wikiwiki which slapped Maruyu drop on every map and put Amatsukaze on E5 while at the same time not listing half of drops. Maybe wikiwiki fixed it now but I gave up on it.

Good idea. Unryuu quests give great rewards. Unryuu herself is good for being Saiun mule in grinding. I'd say she's the second most important drop after Ooyodo. You can run E-2 J rather cheaply. The Escort fleet can almost finish it off on its own, so you'll be fine with only 2 CVL in the main fleet (take a BB(V) if you can't quite make it).

With this kind of fleet you have though, I'm not too optimistic of your chances in general; you'd struggle with even E6 easy. I'm at a loss as to what your escort fleet should be, other than the obvious choices of Kitakami, Ooi and Yukikaze.
