So I hear thcrap is dead.

I understand that the team was lead by a faggot and I miss offline patches, but is there anyone picking up the torch?

Reminder that before it we had to wait 2 months for a Gensokyo.org patch and they didn't even bother with the demos.

her new gun looks stupid

lol he actually was one of the very few guys who put in the effort, stay misinformed faggot

But yeah, I worry about this too. There is a group at the ready to translate ULiL (same dudes who did HM), maybe they will translate LoLK too?

Or you mean that if anybody is going to keep bothering with thcrap? I really, really doubt that, anon. Ever heard the term "idea guy"? Well the current team is full of those.

I don't care about the platform really, I just want to see the games translated. Reminder that this is a community that rather translate doujinshi rather than the official manga.

It's still a gun.

You understand correctly
>is there anyone picking up the torch
No, because that faggot was the only competent person related to the project, and the people who took over are all morons

The thing is that adding a new translation should probably be pretty easy as long as the new game isn't hugely different in structure. Editing images might as well be the hardest part outside of adding new support, so it'll be really funny if LoLK releases and it doesn't get to thcrap.

Considering ZUN is promising radical changes to the game structure I suspect it won't be too simple.

I think he means structure as in the code structure of the game, which can be simple while providing complex functions.

Considering ZUN is promising English translations I suspect it will be irrelevant.

He isn't promising that. People are only assuming that the overseas Playism release will be translated, and this might be a valid assumption, but they've said nothing about whether or not the game will be translated. There's a pretty good case to make against it too, since ZUN's obsession with tight control over the details of the series means such a translation would probably have to be near-perfect, while his lack of english comprehension means he's incapable of making judgments about translation quality. This dilemma makes it quite possible that he'd just forego dialogue/manual translation altogether rather than risk a blunder.
