All of the above is affirmative. She's got 2 Suiseis and a Tenzan on her. She's been resupplied and has 16, 11, and 6 in those respective slots (and some shitty fighter in her 1st slot but that doesn't exactly matter on this topic). My baux is at 32k so I'd hope that's enough to replenish her. She's definitely not an AV. She participates in the opening plane strike but then keeps skipping her turn. Chitose what are you doing.
