Yep, they did it a couple months ago. Nutaku hasn't transferred that patch over yet (it's also the one that reduced the cost of all witches by 1 IIRC). It's probably low priority though because most of the changes in that patch were to classes that aren't in Nutaku yet.

On JP I'm honestly bogged down for the literal few monhs; trying to get my Jerome 50CC70 for AW, CCing Duplicates (2x Julian, 2x Bernice, 2x Claire, 2x Iris, 2x Cuterie) for the next 3x Event. Followed by farming Magic Crystals to AW Jerome and the following girls who are already ready for AW and just need Awakening Materials; Katie, Schoolgirl, Iris, Claire, and Bashira. Once that's done, I also need to AW Monica and Cuterie for their Drop Rate Awakening Passives; as well as possibly Maurette and Patra for their "Gold Get" Awakening Passives. Once all of that is done; I need to work on getting my Anya, Saki, and Liana ready for Awakening too.

You're going to need serious amounts of Aff on your second Soma before you're able to handle H.

I personally learned that lesson the hard way with a 50CC35ish Stray not being able to handle it two weeks ago, decided instead to CC a Daniela for the easier Aff farm.

To answer your question, just general farming. Trying to level Belinda (pic related) above 40 has been bankrupting me at a really rapid rate, luckily I didn't mind since I knew Golden Armor was right around the bend.

There haven't been any in Nutaku yet; but in JP there are sometimes events where Gold+ Female (and sometimes Gold+ males as well) non-Event Units are worth triple the XP. In other words:
30CC20 duplicate Gold Female is worth 17,040 XP.
30CC20 duplicate Gold Male is worth 29,040 XP.
30CC20 duplicate Platinum Female is worth 23,520 XP.
30CC20 duplicate Platinum Male is worth 47,520 XP.

This is with the 8x Fairy Multiplier by the way. But as you can see, some of these amounts are ludicrous. a duplicate Platinum Male is worth nearly 6 Platinum Armors.

Which is why I'm raising the duplicates ahead of time. Oh forgot, I also have a duplicate Patra, but dunno if I want to actually CC her first (units after CC are worth more XP per level) because her skill doesn't change after CC.

I have a question for anons who play jp Aigis, does the drop rate for plats and black in the premium lottery ever increase above the 10/3% or will it be fine to occasionally dump crystals in whenever the rate for a unit I want increases?

My Aria is only level 40 with 50 affection but she is so good, she's already taken Katies place when farming dragon hunting and for monday daily hard.
I didn't realize having great attack would be so helpful, Arias got the same attack as a 50CC50 Katie.

I have plenty of units sitting at 40, waiting for a platinum armor that may not come for weeks to make the leveling up less painful while my only CC'd units are Iris (gold healer) and Mehlis (gold mage).

If you're waiting for plats from normal you're going to take forever to be able to farm hard. I don't know what the rest of your team looks like, but with Katie, a healer and a witch at 50CC30 with 50-100% affection you can do hard mode with the rest of the units being around 40 with 50 affection.

For leveling if you passed castle retake run dragon hunting all the time. You'll level a bit slower but your gold won't decrease much. If not alternate between Return to Ruins for leveling and Pastoral gate for farming gold.

i bought the money and exp boost from the shop with crystals and my money only increases even when leveling up units manually, dragon hunting is great for this, 3*ing it gives 5400 gold per run and the exp boost makes it easier to level up and keep grinding.

I dunno how well 2 will work. I used a cc55 platinum with quick heal skill that completely gets rid of the recovery between heals, with a level 26 non cc'd 0% affection gold.

I would say the platinum is worth at least 3 equal level healers when her skill is up.

For the trading post, ninjas aren't really that amazing, they can be really useful on some maps but until awakened they have a lot of trouble with any higher defense unit. Chydis has a lot of raw healing power and range with her skill, if you don't have any comparable healer, she'd a good grab.

I don't believe there was any indication that they were dealing Physical damage for the original print of Revival of Ryuhime, only for Invasion of Ryujin.

If they were dealing physical, it would have made a lot more sense to have an HA tanking the damage, or even Dorania tanking the damage while dishing out full, than a Valkyrie in the original videos.

Outside of that fact, it's still a clear hyperbole that 3 CCed Healers will be necessary. From the videos so far, it looks like a full 50CC20+ team (i.e. 2x Healers, 2x Soldiers, 2x Archers, 2x Mages, 2x Witches, 1x Heavy, 1x Dueler) should suffice. The only place I think you may need a second dueler is the very last map because of how many mages they throw at you from different directions, you may need the DPS to clear them out.

The youtube video is from the Revival version... It's either going to be at that exact difficulty or the one of the original run. And the youtube video had all 50CC40+, which is what made it look easy.

The one I linked to nicovideo (>>13360605) is the original print where lvl 30s were sufficient. If you want to prepare for either one, get your standard army to 50CC20+ is my opinion on the matter.

My primary point was that some people on this thread like to exaggerate what's necessary for events, specifically the claim that 3 high level CCed healers would be needed. I highly doubt this event will be as difficult as some are making it out to be.

I just realized that with Skill Awakening, this grill is probably the most ridiculous tank in the game. Best physical and best magical after using her skill.

Based on the name "Idol Theatre", I have a hunch that the event is related to the music themed cards on the wiki. That means this could potentially be a chance for SSR cards, but only the official reveal can tell.

Further investigation into the word アイドル initially lead to few conclusive results, including barely related things like what appears to be a popularity poll (a character named "Carmilla" seems to have won with almost 9000 votes). Adding the term イベント to limit the search to event related pages initially lead to poor results, but on the 2nd page of the search, revealed 2 events whose names appear to translate roughly to "Hyper Hyper Idol Theatre" and "Hyper Hyper Idol Theatre 2". The quests were titled "Hyper Hyper Idol Theatre (2)" but the events were named "Unpopular Idols strike back" and "Super Idols strike back" (or "counterattack" if you prefer). They were back-to-back events running in 2013 September, so chronologically we've skipped over a few events to reach here (e.g. Resort Island). I guess chronological order won't matter for events.

As well as good fodder, there are some event-exclusive items like "Heroine Ribbon" and "Director's Suit". Among the 5% UC drop rate towards the end of the quest line (for event 1), the JP version had Belph who we don't have in EN so far.

Given Nutaku tweaked the drop tables for Fountain, let's see what our version holds. It could be that Nutaku chose this event since the two originals lasted for a month and that seems to be Nutaku's preferred release schedule.

The one I've noticed mostly in jp, dunno if there's any other, is paralyze.

Paralyze stuns a unit for uh... like 8 seconds? a really fucking long time, during this they cannot use skills, block, or attack. It's brutal.

I've noticed similar type in the Eden event though, a status inflicted by the undead, which unlike paralyze, the unit can still block. I'm not too sure why or what it is though, or if it's just the same and some enemies are blocked while some ignore.

The way to remove them is by skills. The one I use is a black healer from an event called Liana, her skill is to remove and negate all status effects for 15 seconds.

Apparently Eden's vampire lord dad when transformed passes through too, but I never let him get that close to me, and nobody will have to worry about him for a while yet anyway.

Oh I guess there is the 50% DEF status effect from the alchemist girl Corin(ne?) a couple events ago where she shows up as an enemy, but it lasts such a short time it'd be a ridiculous to light up Liana just for that.

Awakened Samurai are pretty amazing though, since they have a lot of attack and get three block. If you can keep them alive they're the best for anything but boss tanking.

For the people messing with the apk; you don´t need to change the extension just open the file with your favorite compressing/uncompressing program(7-zip for me) after that check the files inside and if you are lucky they will be in a standard image format if not try searching files with names like IMG01 or similar and open them with any image viewing program(irfanview).

I've not had money problems in a long time now - ever since Fountain got me a solid team I've never felt the need to rush level a valk with Lv1 Cs. Expeditions can eat my money but most of the time I'm sending out cheap sorties while I perfect some expedition girls. It also helps that I'm currently progressing in the storyline and those equipment-only stages give me money... as well as comrades not sending enough bosses so my force has to be used on arena. Schverika should do another round of comrade cycling.

Behemoths are an extra layer of hassle when playing on the phone. This is significant when I want to quickly switch off the phone and get back to what I was doing.

Its the same speed.

What happened could be due to priority of attacks, during a rush of enemys, aria killing the first few faster making her attack something like an armour next.
While katie would kill her stuff slower while the heavy slowly goes through her, an archer or something killing another enemy instead of focusing on the heavy armour, katie then catches the big guy later but on the other side of her, possibly in range of a witch.

I know this sounds confusing as hell but its awful to explain and there are many, many ways it could happen.

I got normal repeats from the regular pool, and 4 of the elemental weapons, which are all fucking garbage....I wasn't being picky, sure I would have loved a wind shield...but I would have been happy with any of the shields or armors.

Oh and I thank the 4chan gods....as soon as I bitch here about not spawning Tsars, I get one.
