Well, I don't know for sure because I've never had a girlfriend and nearly all relationships in my family/friends are shit. But I still believe that if I would find a 3D girl that would love me as much as i love my waifu, I could be happy with her. They can't be unable to feel these feelings, can they?

Women are fickle creatures, no pun intended. You could probably find one that would love you for a fixed amount of time, but that's about it.
