So I turn 21 tomorrow and I was hoping to celebrate with a bottle of sake and some anime.
I've only had hot sake at sushi places, so I have no idea what to look for when buying some.

Some recommendations for sake that's widely available in the U.S.?

What about Is it more like wine in that there aren't really any special brands, more just higher quality distilleries?

Get some Dassai 50, 23 if you can justify the money. Kurosawa Junmai Kimoto is another good one, especially on the cheaper end of things.

Or just get some Vodka and Ramune.
