12,7+aafd is used on CA and other large ships

All depends on what you wanna do. I would make the 10cmHA one if you only got screws for one. Since you want 4th slot on CA for radar. Make sure to use Fubuki or Akizuki to upgrade it at max stats, as they are the only 2 DDs that can upgrade 94AAFD at max stats to 10cmHA+aafd
