The "PoFV cast" is literally just Medicine, Yuuka, Komachi and Eiki, and Komachi at least gets some significant time since her character is actually out and about. The SA cast, while still sort of neglected, doesn't get a strangely low amount of attention given most of them stay underground. I mean, "maybe", yeah, but overall he's been doing a fairly good job with recurring characters.
