Tone and Chikuma Kai2 are totally worth it.

Pretty much everyone has 4 well leveled Bongous. And you only have 6 BB(V), so do it.

Myoukou-class Kai2 are strong and worth leveling. At least get Haguro, Nachi and Myoukou so you can do that 2-5 monthly. And you should have enough CA(V) for a fleet. Ideally, 1 CA fleet and one CAV fleet. Still, I only have 6 CAs, 4 CAVs and haven't encountered any problem so far.

4 Reppus are not enough, craft more, get at least 10 or more. If you only want Reppuu, use 20/30/10/90.
You can probably get by with small radars at your current state. Craft some holo ones if possible but it's not a top priority thing.

Look at scrap value and multiply by 10. Now you can look at Saiun and see it has scrap value of 2 fuel and 11 bauxite. The same way recipe for only Reppuu is 20/20/10/90.
There are some exceptions though. For example, Type 3 Sonar (0/0/1/2) needs more bauxite to be used, so if you want to combine the recipe with Type 3 Depth Charge (0/3/1/1) you have to use 10/30/10/31 or more bauxite.

How much do levels matter for 3-5 with 1CL5DD? I just got Shigure and Yuudachi to K2, as well has Murakumo and Yukikaze near 50. Well, it's just one guy, others were normal. There's plenty of kind people who use married ship in one of first two slots but lv150 is a rare sight on Sukumo.
