A bit of an update /ona/. Last I heard customs took custody of my package from DHL. I don't think either of them recommend flipping inside out so I haven't looked inside to notice tears. One thing that did worry me though was that when I first got the warmer I left it in for way too long and I think I may have melted the inside texture.
