I want to draw a doujin where Tewi likes to fuck with Resien by triggering her PTSD. Most of the time it's mostly harmless and Reisen just goes comatose for a little while. But one day Tewi pushes it over the edge by building a fake version of the Moon, getting the other Earth rabbits to dress as Lunar soldiers and US space marines, and then making Reisen believe that she's actually never left 1969 and while she was dreaming about Gensokyo, the US was making a push for the Lunar Capital.

Reisen goes fuck crazy, and proceeds to have the mother of all flashbacks.

It would all be played for comedy.

I think it's only Tewi's childish appearance that saves her. I personally think that Reisen might have a thing against killing kids. If Tewi looked older, she'd be dead by now.

Anyways, it's more that everything on the Earth is tainted with kegare. It isn't as much of sin, or that the beings on Earth are terrible, but that they're pitiful for living in a dump that literally poisons them forever. They don't want to kill them, and obviously they'll just die naturally anyways.

Well, you could just google it for details on what the term means and why it's important. It isn't like it's obscure besides the fact that it's a Japanese thing. ZUN just takes it some steps further and relates kegare to deterioration of everything. The almost-complete absence of kegare on the Moon enables their near lack of mortality and immunity to sickness and whatnot.
