Is it true that there are companies in America that will receive uncensored JAV footage from companies in Japan and export it back in order to circumvent the censorship laws? I ask because I've heard of this but I don't really believe it considering that all torrent sites have to offer is censored JAVs. I apologize if this isn't appropriate to ask here but I figured you guys might know here.

What does "export it back" even means... The censorship law in Japan applies to what is broadcast/published/made available to the audience within Japan, that's it.

The origin of the product is completely irrelevant. Even Western porn would have to be censored if you wish to legally publish it in Japan, it's as simple as that. Just like you have uncensored JAV made for export.

We have a JAV thread, post here please also. >>13044766

I actually can't delete the thread but I'll go ahead. Thank you

However, there's (at least) two reasons to keep censorship.

1. Reverse importation

2. Existence of uncensored porn devalues similar censored porn.

Such new faggery. Check the little box, and go all the way down and press delete. There, do I need to hold your dick while you piss too?

Back in the shitposting wasteland days of /jp/, people would make on-topic threads and delete them after they filled up with posts so that people would get mad at the staff.

As fucking stupid as it is, that's the reason.
