Going over the records from E5 last kill attempts, it's clear my Musashi likes sucking cocks. The sample size is small, but the differences are big: 47.1% misses for Musashi, 20.9% for Yamato, 31.6% for Nagato, and 29.5% for Kongo. Musashi has FuMO25 radar, Yamato has 32, Nagato has AP, and Kongo has the command center. Even worse, Musashi went red three times, topping the leaderboard, while Yamato never did.

Maybe it's just extreme luck, but I've suspected there's break points where the level difference vs the enemy causes a big penalty or bonus. Probably around 20 levels or so, based on casual observation of new ships leveling in 3-2. If this is the case, Yamato at 81 passes and Musashi at 76 fails. That would also explain that fucking streamer whose lv130-140 Kongos sailed through the last kill on the first try with massive daytime cutin crits everywhere. I'm going to try doing a training montage in PVP until she's up to Yamato's level, and we'll see if that fixes her shenanigans.

The data also shows AP ammo is extremely effective under green T but unimpressive otherwise. The bonus for flagships with artillery spotting was noticeable.

Being able to rape the first form is pretty meaningless. I was pretty easily able to S rank the first 5 kills and it's been pretty hopeless since I got to the end.

Levels were always significant for accurasy, and slightly relevant for dodge.
It is qutie obvious when you grind Musashi in pvp: even if you remodel her immediately with full remodernization, she often misses or deal scartch damage even if she is fully fed like a Yamato Kai.
That's why you should really have a fleet average of 80-90 for event E.O maps in general.

AP ammo actuallys help a tons in headon and red T since the crit can save the day, while a radar won't really make up for the negative damage modifier

I don't know, I brought a level 14 Musashi to 5-5 and didn't notice any accuracy problems. But there are no retarded new model DD or Tsu class there. The combined fleet just seems to give some kind of accuracy penalty too.

My lowest ship is 80 and most are 90-97(CLT are both 99) and still missing the DD and Tsu a ton if support/CLTs don't kill them.
