I wanted to travel to Fukushima and maybe see the glorious station for myself, but it was a little too chilly this year and I didn't have the cash to get there and back. Next time for sure. Maybe in the spring when the station's grey walkways are a little more inviting

Not a bad ride at all. Very quiet in the reserved section.

Had about 5 hours to see the town. Nice park in front of the station. Took a walk to the castle south of town. Very calm day. The town has covered sidewalks on the Main Street and soft music was playing in the street.

-vf fps=fps=1/10 tells ffmpeg to take 1 screenshot every 10 seconds. You can write it the other way around (prefferably when converting to .webm) so for example by typing 30/1 you'd get 30 images per second
%03d tells ffmpeg, as I understand, to take the screenshots in a sequence. Also I think the number (in this case 3) decides the amount of symbols the number can go up to (3 being 999, respectfully), but don't quote me on this.
