I am not telling you to stop, because your colors work fine as a basis, and given a year or so you could actually do somewhat great stuff.

So please take my advice:
Look over your linework BEFORE adding colors, seriously work on what is obviously wrong and, though motivation is not a bad thing, start with simple things, don't add perspective and dynamics when you're obviously not even intermediate.

It's just that if the sketch is not good, the rest won't be, either.
A good sketch without colour is still good, a shitty one with some nice colours is still shitty.
You also won't learn how to properly fill colours/light/tones/shadows/complexion if you are practicing on a drawing that doesn't bend anatomical rules, but completely disregards them. After all, the shape is the most important thing when drawing bodies/characters.

Well okay.
For starters, the neck in your drawing is located between the shoulders at a realistic point. The shoulder pointing to the left should seem nearer, but actually looks like it's about twice the length.
The torsos proportions don't work. The ribcage is either too short with an unfitting width, making it seem like a block of some sorts, or, if that line on the middle is part of it, too long.
If said line is supposed to be a midriff, it should be in the middle, if it's the navel, it's too high up.
The hips and legs are the worst part.
The are way too wide and not shaped out well, the ass of a woman does not sag below her genitals (at least if she is not a disgusting fatty) and legs do not protract from the waist downwards in such an angle.

Plus, her hair is not cut symmetric even in consideration of movement and action.
Her hands are also bad and the clothes seem unrealistic.

As harsh as any of the argument in this thread may be, I encourage you to take them seriously and not write anything aside the obvious insults off as trolling.

You should sketch out the body until a satisfying level of anatomy is achieved. Of course nobody expects you to do everything perfect, but the flaws should.really be less. Considering you can't see them honestly is an unsettling thought for an artist.
As long as you can't pull it off by yourself, try to look at some references. Anything works as long as it's simple.
So try to stick with some concept art, bust shots, portraits and avoid references that introduce perspective and dynamics. Not forever, of course, just until you got the basics down.
Too many different things at once tend to mash up and distort your idea of realism. That happens to beginners quite a lot.

As long as you keep improving at somewhat decent pace and not give up on drawing and you are good enough for your needs, then I'd say you are doing well.

Different people have different standards of course.
