No, Realta Nua's Last Episode. A happy end epilogue of sorts for Fate route.

It's very vague, but the general idea is that Shirou and Saber persevered hard enough in real life and after life so that Shirou somehow transcends above normal death with his spirit finding his way into Avalon and Saber waits endlessly, rejecting the Throne of Heroes in Avalon.
