How about you read the wiki? Remodeled CA and Ooyodo/Yuubari with two seaplanes each give you 40 LoS already. You can get remaining 36 with base LoS and radars on DDs.

I know it shows a boost. Having any effect is another matter. I was under the impression you needed to start the sortie with least one seaplane in the slot for it to work.

At least, the 6-1 fleet setup that works with Ooyodo doesn't work with Yuubari, from a friend's experiences.
