I did it last time, you basically decode the .tta to .wav. If there is a .cue file, check the file with an editor and make sure it's <filename>.wav that it loads. Load the .cue with Nero or something and burn it to CD with this.
I don't think there's anyway to burn .tta directly to CD, because .tta is compressed lossless, CD-Audio basically uses .wav though.
