You walk into the dimly-lit room to find Okuu's shivering form stretched out on a mattress, her limbs bound to the bedposts. She doesn't say a word because she's quaking with fear, and too confused to figure out what to say anyway. Her bra is laying on the bed beside her, and her skirt is nowhere to be found. Her long hair is partly masking her otherwise bare breasts, and her panties are stretched snugly against the form of her vulva and rear end., all drenched with sweat. After hesitating for a moment at this surprisingly welcome sight, you begin to step toward her. She flinches uncontrollably and closes her eyes, evidently even more frightened than she originally looked. You take this opportunity to quickly step over to the side of the bed and grab her wrists. There's a lot of rope, but the knot wasn't actually tied that tightly, so you unravel it in a few seconds' time. Okuu notices that the rope is being removed from her hands, and she opens her eyes again. She looks up at you and you return her gaze while rubbing her sore, reddened wrists tenderly. Her mouth opens a little, but she still doesn't say anything. Clearly, she is still unsure what exactly is going on. You quickly resume untying her, moving on to her legs and feet. Okuu doesn't move at all, except to follow your movements with her eyes, and her body is still shaking, but not nearly as much as before.

She gets noticeably upset when she can no longer pivot her head far enough to see you, and lurches upward suddenly. She doesn't get very far though, because her wings are tied together and the rope is secured to the bottom of the bed frame. She lets out a brief cry of pain as the bed screeches a few inches across the stone floor in response to her sudden movement.
"Whoa, hold still for a second. I'm going to untie you."
She obediently goes back to laying still, propped up slightly by her arms now as if ready to bolt away at the first sign of danger (seems it's a little late for that, though). You examine the rope tied cruelly around the base of her wings. It looks painfully tight, but after a short fight between your fingernails and the poorly constructed knot, the rope slides away and Okuu stretches her wings out a little bit. You walk back around to the other side of the bed to face her. She's still half-laying awkwardly on her side and looking up at you, as if waiting for you to give her permission to move.
"Uhhh, are you okay?"
Her eyes widen as if something just dawned on her. "A-are you here to save me?"

She has her arms around your neck and she's yelling (mostly undecipherable) words, including a lot of "thank you" and "yay!" She continues cheering and jiggling for at least 15 seconds before stopping to take a breath.
"Oh? What's this?" she asks.

Wish I could find more okuu pics that I don't have. Years of collecting + automatic pixiv downloader (dupes obviously removed) has only gotten me to 21GB. Perhaps some day I'll make an automatic seiga downloader, I'm sure there's one for DA but when 99% of the pics there tend to be shit or reposts from other sources, I'd rather not.
