They are located on some off street near a corner.
I don't know if they sell Touhou goods anymore after the lawsuits (http://en.touhouwiki.net/wiki/White_Canvas_Case)) but it is worth a shot. They are a t-shirt shop now but they might have Touhou in the back.

If you are not sure where it is, ask at the little information booth in the anime center shop. There is a lady (the one that speaks English well, not the one who only speaks Japanese) there that should be able to help you find it.

If you find any fumos there, let me know. I walked right past the shop without even noticing it and never had the chance to go back.

The Animates in Akiba also typically have a very small selection of Touhou goods. Last time I checked they had a lot of Aya and Reisen fumos.

I was there a few weeks ago. Like I said, I never had the chance to go into White Canvas so I don't know. There are definitely Touhou goods in the Animates, though. The one with the GOOD SMILE x animate Cafe even has a few of the full costumes on the cafe floor.

There is a lot more Kancolle than Touhou now but they are typically placed next to each other so it should not be too hard to find something. Fumos are the hardest thing to find though. A good number of the smaller stores have keychains, wall scrolls, and various other things.

You should just walk into a bunch of stores, ask if they have Touhou Project, and they will lead right to it or even sometimes recommend other stores which have more.

Is there anything 2hu related that you can suggest? Most of the smaller good looking figures are sold out, as are most of the fumos

I found this blog post full of pictures! It was one of the most presentable 2hu stores I saw in Akiba, but I think stuff was a little more expensive in there. Not by a large amount though, maybe like 70 yen, give or take.

That's the beauty of akiba. Some stores are hidden in such places that you would normally be scared for your life to enter, but it's Japan after all, so go and fucking explore.

I remember, back when I was in akiba in 2013 there was a guy on /jp/ posting that he was there at that time as well, but that he only walks on main streets because he's too scared to enter small side roads. Jesus christ what a faggot, this is where you can find the most touhou stuff. Anyway, I spent 4 full days in akiba on just exploring.
