If you have useless wrinkled skin on your penis when it's erect, you might be deformed in some way.

When your penis is limp, the foreskin protects the head from bacteria, dirt, cold weather, etc.

Also, your penis becomes less sensitive if you've had a circumcision, which is negative for everybody unless said person had a severe premature ejaculation problem before the circumcision.

It baffles me that people keep bringing up hygiene. Dick hygiene would only be an issue if you have shitty hygiene anyway. Maybe this was a factor back when people only bathed like, once a month, but in modern times this certainly isn't the case.
