Okay, sorry. Kneejerk reactor. Some options:
1) If you use windows, go to Start > Program Files > Accessories > OnScreen Magnifier. They sometimes have colour inversion/modification options that help with certain types of colourblindness.

Second option, bottom right hand corner there is a dropdown menu that says "Style", which lets you change the 4chan colours theme. Maybe one will help.

If that doesn't work, just google for extensions for chrome, firefox, or whatever browser you use. I imagine there's got to be a few out there that put a filter over text/backgrounds to make it easier to see. I'd recommend doing this eventually since it would help with all websites, not just 4chan
