The zinc and arginine should technically increase muscle strength and endurance if you do sports or go to the gym. I don't often but I may have noticed some slight stamina increases, but I wasn't really paying attention.

It should really be more like five or six pills in the morning since you need more lecithin than recommended on the bottle for results if you're taking pills. You also need to take that and the arginine multiple times a day. I just do morning and night, myself.
