Lately, I made all visual and audio forms of artificial arousal pornography off limits. At around the same time, I 'mysteriously' started to get into what I call 'clean' J pop (japanese pop music). This is mainly cutesy but (critically) non-sexulaized music sung by female japanese girl groups. I actually liked the music on its own, strangely. It never caused me to relapse or felt like porn, but it seemed to fill a gap - there is definitely something unwholesome about it - like a 'femininity fix' which comes from the computer screen / headphones rather then the outside world. It's just as bad. For that reason I am giving up idols and my Oshi. It's been fun posting with you guys but real life awaits.

I thought I was the only one who tried pushing her in the General threads, but I'm glad to see that there's someone else who ended up being fascinated by her.
I feel that Yukarun belongs to that one special class of members that you begin to appreciate in full only after you learn a bit of Japanese and start following her blogs and videos for a while, since her true charm point is her own personality. To me, she really gives off this aura of a simple girl with a simple dream who's demure up to an excess. Sometimes she acts really awkward and self-conscious about her awkwardness, sometimes she may border on psychotic, either ways she doesn't seem to be the kind of two-faced person who likes to put up an unnecesary pretense (she doesn't need to given her humble standing) so I choose to believe she's actually like that in real life and for this I root for her.
It makes me sad there's no other way for me to support her than to play the AKB rythm game on my shoddy tablet and max out the affinity with her character.
