I just copied the bruises because it's the only thing that needed attention, not the hair.

The hair change makes it look more like the original; though it's just the bruises that should be added to the MG sprites if MG needs to absolutely change a single thing.

RGD really is bad to be honest. Ryukishi hasn't written anything really good since the first half of Umineko. I know people will argue about Higanbana - I say it's average at best and only looks good next to other VNs. But Higanbana aside, let me tell you this:

RGD is utter trash. I actually thought episode 1 was quite good, at least as good as Higanbana. It's Episode 2 where it all falls apart. Leo is a sue alright, not a borderline sue either. From the looks of it he was going to singlehandedly win a war. After Ryukishi took back, well, just about everyone's deaths and then Leo took out numerous enemies that surrounded him in an open area, I fucking dropped it like lightning. It's embarrassingly bad. If you are going to make your characters do stupid shit then you need to give them a super power or something and not just have them take out a entire squads solo.

There is also a lot of politics blah blah blah and not the interesting kind you see in LotGH.

Having written Erika he must understand the concept of a sue, no idea how he fell straight down the trap with Leo.

I haven't tried it personally, but you download the weeaboo.nl Higurashi VNDS converter and use it on the original game. Try it and see how it works.

Rena gives off the impression of a happy go lucky girl who can do anything she puts her mind to, but behind that she has a great deal of her own problems. I think most people can relate at least a little bit to her. Many people live their lives having to constantly remind and convince themselves of their happiness and project it outwards, because who the fuck wants to dump their problems on other people and expose their weaknesses? Not to mention, there's always the constant nagging thought that someone else is stuck in a worse situation, so they downplay their problems and struggle to deal with them. It's heartbreaking watching her bottle up everything to maintain the "ideal" Rena.

Ryukishi met with Witch Hunt in 2012 (see image>>12550921) for undetermined reasons. People assumed the best possible outcome, that he gave them a script of an unmentioned work he was working on. At the time, the space thing wasn't announced so people were just guessing and hoping it might be a new WtC.

And it would be pretty great if he gave them an advanced script. Considering how Ryukishi knows he has a western audience, imagine if there is a day one english translation, he would likely make money.

But this is just wishful thinking that we would have to wait for Witch Hunt when WtC5 comes out, so meh.

Beatrice is the most complete version of myself I have ever encountered in any fiction or real person.

I started out just appreciating her troll nature and unapologetic cruelty for laughs, and her ability to always get the upper-hand even in tough spots. As the story went on and I started to understand more of her true nature Umineko got so emotional for me I had to take breaks and cry.

Then I eventually worked out her heart, and realised how the similarities were impossible for me to accept, so I latched onto Rosatrice to distance myself from it.

But I finally accepted the truth we both share. I am also furniture unable to love. My current form was created by my magic, which eventually was powerful enough to become my reality. The Certainty that lead me here gives me hope to become a powerful witch like Beato someday, as long as I keep trying.

Although I find Rose Guns Days decent overall, it isn't really packed with world building. I'm not really convinced having 2-4 games would be as great as a WtC.

A WtC of 8 games with detective in space, military shenanigans, Tokyo in Space, Ushiromiya and Sonozaki inc and space Hotels. Flags on kids meals on space ships. Hanyuu being an alien from the M37 Cluster.
Everything awesome points towards an awesome space opera.

Sci-fi is too big for Ryukishi to just do a simply side story.
Something that has been on the back of my mind is Ryukishi writing those three side stories, connecting them somehow, like the synopsis says and then writing a WtC over the side stories by connecting them over the course of time (one in space, one in the modern day, one in the near future) and then developing a WtC story with those pre-estabished characters.

But that's really a stretch, so meh.

And if the rumors of him only now doing once per year, it'll be longer (maybe even edited better?).
