In a proper carbonara you crack the egg as soon you take out the pasta and it's still hot, then the egg will cook itself but not too much so you'll have a really good sauce emphatized by the salty flavour of the guanciale and pepper. Grilled, not smoked. Its not really that hard either, you just need eel, teriyaki sauce, spices, and a way to grill it, preferably outdoors, since you need to grill it with the skin on, it will stink like nothing else.

Prepare the the fillet exactly like kurokiba did, and grill.

It depends. I'm going to assume you're still relatively young. You can either: face the facts and accept that life isn't fair and that there are things you'll never be able to do, no matter how hard you want to.
Or, you can be like me, and say "Nah, fuck that, I'm a sick cunt" and you figure out a way to do those things anyway, even if it's hard, even if other people think you can't, you find a way, and you make it happen. Until you find something you're actually physically incapable of doing, no matter how hard you try, and then that sucks and it really destroys your soul.

tl;dr - fuck it, i dont know. get a pair of chopsticks from the supermarket and practice at home or something

If you're cooking for several people, it's easy to split it up into small portions for each person. Some people also use the leftovers to pack bentos for their spouses or children.

Can somebody tell me how jp's eat small portions and don't feel hunger?

>> No.12710863

Eat less, more often. Hunger isn't something you should want to avoid, anyway. If you don't eat what your body is asking for, you won't feel satiated no matter how much you eat. Just don't feel so hungry that you start to feel weak.

Adopting the mindset that people don't actually need anything except ETHER to survive. That includes food and drink and it is how breatharians survive. Personally I'm not there yet. What really helps as a bridge between normalcy and that kind of "diet" is the feedback from my body, both in how I feel and how I look.

The first step you could take is to eliminate junk food. Start with one thing at a time. It's all plastic food specifically manufactured to be addictive and the human body doesn't appreciate it.

Drink more water. A lot more. Drink a full glass before a meal. Whenever you drink anything other than water, drink a glass of water first. The first time you feel hungry after eating, down another glass. Also, eat more fiber.

Your body should adjust to smaller amounts of food, though.

Personally what I do is cook enough for two or three portions. If I make a pizza, I always eat half of it straight away and then munch on the rest piece by piece over the course of the afternoon.
When I'm at work, I do one snack at a regular break and a lunch that doesn't fill me up completely, but enough to not be hungry.
It helps to have something to do at work as well or at home to keep yourself occupied so you never really think about eating until you feel hungry.
