The algorithm kinda sucks so Kanakp shouldn't be that high and Marisa should be higher.
And the last column is kinda fucked up too because the two moonbitches should be in the last place.

Also, if any /prog/ folk are around, I'd like to ask if anyone knows how to filter out certain characters from the sort. For instance, certain people don't really want to sort PC-98 versions of Reimu/Alice/Marisa/Yuuka.

However, if I make an entirely separate "Show PC-98 variants" section, there's the possibility that someone who only picked, say, SoEW, plus this section, would suddenly have PC-98 Alice to sort. This would be an acceptable tradeoff to me, but I feel like some people would eventually bitch about it, especially considering, well, /jp/.

The code isn't protected or anything, it's right there. Both the character arrays and the sort code are accessible through the script list from the main page's source.

All I did was rip the code from the original Japanese/translated English sorts with a barely rudimentary understanding of how the lists work. The sort code itself, I have no idea how it works.

All I want is an option that would check whether you have, say, both Reimu and Reimu (PC-98) present in your selected characters, so it would remove the PC-98 version before you start your sorting.

You'll note that on boards like /w/ and /wg/ where all they do is rate shit, the ratings are always in blocks of around ten and the proper way to read them is to scroll down to the rating post and open them inline. Backlinks and quote previews are a fucking stupid way to read ratings threads and you should know this.

You expand and read tohosort, you hover over backlinks to see all the ratings. Easy and convenient. Then you just forever forget about that tohosort and continue reading thread.

Compared to

Expand and read tohosort. Continue reading thread, see someone's comment. Click on the link, expand image (because you want to see 2hus past top 3), reread tohosort again. Repeat for as many times for as many rating there are. In the end you'll read the same tohosort for 3-4 times.

Normal links work on /w/ and /wg/ because you can see the whole wallpaper in the link preview. You don't need to remember who was the top 10 and who got the last place.
