They probably picked the bad end to turn a shit series into a shit series with a "surprise" ending. Everyone suspected the bad ending before anything even happened.

They chose a bad end (well, it's actually sort of a combination of two bad ends with new material added) because the bad ends were the only things that really made School Days (in)famous.

School Days is a very ordinary VN, but like everything 0verflow, it's good for the WTF moments. That's what 0verflow do; they make stuff that looks fairly stock-standard teenage romance stories and insert some occasionally VERY subtle sinister overtones. Examining the character overlaps and resultant family trees between a heap of their titles leads to the conclusion that some couples are a lot more blood related than you'd otherwise think.

I HAD THIS HOME...

I had this homestay brother last year, he taught me all about it, had the game (Was from China but was, and sorta still is, a major Otaku)

When the anime was being realised, he'd DL it straight away.... Boy, I remember those days before episode 5, worrying it'd be some crappy non connected anime.... not accurate n all.... But after episode 5..... Maaaaan...


We used to discuss what ending we'd expect them to put it… Good times man, GOOD TIMES...


Anyways, Due to him, I became a priest for the "Church Of Ito" And started to Convert the people of China...

Apparently there was conflict between two factions; Sekai Lovers and Kotonoha Lovers, both of whom hated Makoto... Needless to say, They where Converted!
