talking to people means worrying all the time about what you're saying, doing, wearing, etc, constantly trying to give a good impression. one slip up and it all comes crumbling down. it's like a job interview. why would you want a 24 hour long job interview? I think having sex would be pretty cool, but I don't want that burden.

Depends on what hobbies you yourself would find cool. It just seems to me that a lot of /jp/ keep themselves locked into this lifestyle which doesn't make them happy, and don't even explore other venues to see what might actually make them enjoy life a little.

Try hiking, or biking, or Warhammer40k, or drawing non-anime things, or reading western comics. As long as you're expanding your horizon, you're likely to find even more enjoyable things in life, and it won't seem as bad. You'll also more easily find friends with common interests, since you'll have more interests to speak of.
