After all, Yuugi and Suika are partners in crime, and - being oni - their crimes involve spiriting away and eating humans. And if you're going to spirit someone away, it helps having a psychological advantage.
If you have an ability like "controlling supernatural phenomena" or "manipulation of density", it probably isn't rocket surgery controlling how your body develops past puberty.
The two of them might be the same age, just have developed differently to "cater" to as many victims as possible.

Okay, then... a theory that may cater better to anon's mood, and may be more in line with the thread.

Human women have a natural fat layer under the skin, which is practically non existant in men. This layer does not include, but works according to the same biological mechanism as the breasts. The ability of humans to store fat to begin with evolved during the hunter/gatherer stage, when food could be scarce and the ability to build up reserves was advantageous.
It is safe to assume oni build up reserves of alcohol rather than fat.
Suika always has her gourd, so she is never at a shortage - she can just take a sip (a big sip) when she gets thirsty. Yuugi on the other hand lives down in the wasteland, and so has to gorge (chug) whenever she finds something drinkable.

... why do I get a feeling someone will hate me for this?

Wrong. Aya is ZUN's Mary Sue character. You see, all of the other characters fear her due to her newspaper (ZUN tells the story of the games, so it fits) and she's known to be exceptionally powerful even though "she doesn't like to show off." She also "holds back on Reimu" during Mountain of Faith. Basically, ZUN set her up to be way more powerful than she deserves to be, especially since she's not particularly popular. Also, she appears EVERYWHERE, gaining her whore reputation (she whores herself out to ZUN to get into more games).
