I've tried unzipping it normally, unzipping it by running bandzip in applocale, running it normally and running it with applocale but for some reason over 80% of the features just don't load and I'm left with like 2 faces and 2 hairstyles

If your system is not in japanese, you might be having some issues there. Also, your zip program might be corrupting some stuff if it is not compatible with japanese.

Your problem is you dont have a nip character set active. Set your system to japanese. Enable a japanese keyset. This is basic stuff.

Its not 2006 anymore. It never worked well to begin with. Like nothing changes, except google earth goes japanese, and a few other programs that are shitty enough to look at your system lang rather then have it be an option. Applocale never worked well to begin with.

it changes fuck all on your system, maybe if you open up cmd you might see your backslashes are now yen signs, that's about it. i'm on /jp/ and japanese is a shit language, but setting your system locale to japanese takes a massive headache out of getting your little loli programs to work properly.
