Of course you have to search Japanese titles. For games, it's easy, check on getchu whatever game interest you and search for its name (copypasting is your friend), the same goes for everything. Want a doujin of specific anime? Go to specific anime wiki, you'll have its Japanese name, search for it along with 同人. You can also search for anything specific you know about, just remember that copypaste is your friend.

But yeh after a while it get really easy, after a while it get kinda easy because you do it the stuff automatically. Personally I've been using winny then share/winny then share/winny/pd since 2004 and I must admit I don't find them to be that hard to use and it makes it so you don't have to wait for someone else to upload the stuff for you. Especially when it's not a doujin or a CG. There are lot of cool sexy eroge available to fap to. Usually for older stuffs winny is the most likely to help you, otherwise share. It seems people never truly jumped to pd, so personally I don't really use it anymore. Which is kinda strange considering both winny and share's anonymity have been compromised (I believe PD is still anonymous, but I doubt the Japanese feds care that I download illegally their doujins, so it doesn't matter to me).
