How do you interpret this video. The more you watch it the more details you notice and everything makes sense at some point.

I didn't get it at all.

Here's mine: I don't know what the song says but you can split the whole video into three parts:
(i) The part where Nitori is rebuilding and playing with a doll (Nitori as an engineer).
(ii) The part with the dying animals (vanitas).
(iiI) The part with the train accident and the police.
The main theme is illustrated in the second part - vanitas - that living beings all die at some point, but on the other hand their death is essential for other beings to live (see the dead bird and the maggots).
The last part at the end is the scary part, because it explains the first. A schoolgirl was killed on the rails by a train and the "doll" Nitori was rebuilding was indeed the girl.
「She takes such products apart and puts them back together in order to understand them.」 (http://en.touhouwiki.net/wiki/Nitori))
And the question is, has Nitori something to do with the cause of that accident or not?

Parsee image but no Parsee in the video? Why must you tempt me so?

My favorite part was the way they focused on the lock at the end... Considering Nitori is always wearing a key.

You could also try youself on the older parsee one:

But i can't really put much into the interpretation because i think it's refering to something i don't know. There is a heavy load of symbolism in it, that's why i like kamS' more intellectual touhou videos.

Also, what are these boxes at the end of the kappa video supposed to mean (see attached file)? I thought about an incineration of the dead bodies - a reduction to ashes, which is again a fertile soil for plants.

KamS is awesome, his work is brilliant!
