Here's top 50 from the last thwiki popularity poll. 95% of the fanbase fap to these 50 2hus.

Green - canonically do not eat people. And I mean never eat people, be they from human village or outsiders. These are humans themselves, gods, fairies and all non human eating type of youkai.
Yellow - no info. But still most likely they do not eat people. For example Okuu: why would a human eating youkai live in a place where there is no people at all?
Red - a human eater. And even then Remilia just drinks blood and leaves her prey alive. And Flan just gets her blood from somewhere. It's not necessary to kill a person to get portion of its blood.
In the end there are only 2 touhous (Rumia and Mystia) out of 50 who eat people. Just mere 4%. Gensokyo is more safe than your average american big city.

From what I know Mystia uses her ability to make people get lost so that she can sell them food, and Rumia ended up also being harmless.

There's a *reason* I'm almost exclusively into human characters (Sakuya not included because of uncertainity if she is actually dangerous to humans) and harmless youkai such as Reisen and Kogasa. And coincidentally, the characters that are the most dangerous to humans either completely fail to turn me on (Rumia, Yuuka, Parsee) or have some traits that instantly turn me off (Mystia's wings and nails, Yamame being a spider, etc).

I only fap to Scarlets in rare moments of weakness, but I'm at least aware of the hypocrisy of turning characters meant to be real, human blood drinking vampires into cum buckets, unlike those secondaries who defang them and force their headcanon on them in order to make them their lust objects.

We eat other animals all the time, and when someone questions it we make up some stupid reason like "survival of the fittest" or "it's our nature".

Mystia is not a murderer, she wouldn't kill a human just because of youkai urges. Mystia lives in harmony with humans and has them as customers.

The population of youkai is apparently far greater than the population of humans; meaning the the majority of youkai either don't eat humans or eat them very infrequently.

Also, attacks must not be very frequent if Reimu spends most of her time drinking tea and sweeping the shrine. Most of the minor attacks are probably dealt with by the humans; if a youkai attacked a single person, Reimu wouldn't get there in time anyway.

Reimu is probably there when there's suspicious activity or a stronger youkai attack on the village. She makes a "meager salary" from youkai extermination; who knows how many youkai she pretend-exterminates?

Isn't eating humans like extremely "illegal" or something in current Gensokyo? Don't they have some sort of law that protects them from being eaten all the time?

Stay away from that place. Do you know how a usual day in human village looks like? Human wakes up at 5 am and goes to work on fields. He returns home at 7 pm, eats something and goes sleep. If he's not on the fields he is with the cattle. If not near the cattle he's repairing or building something. Basically he works almost all the fucking time without any rest. You can't imagine how easy people's life has become with all the machines and automation. But unfortunately Gensokyo has nothing of that.

What you should do is to go underground and ask Satori to let you become her pet. As a pet's master it would be her responsibility to feed you. And at night (just like lots of pets do) you would be able to sneak into her bed. Ah, living the dream.

There are still a lot of Touhous that are wonMt kill you and eat you.

First of all: Gensokyo humans are protected under a contract. The ones from outside world getting spirited away to Gensokyo are usually fait play.

Second: Gensokyo humans are descendants of Youkai hunters and they have high spirituality.

Third: The spell card rule exist to give a fighting chance for humans and lower youkai to challenge stronger youkai

Fourth: The human village is protected by Keine. I am sure you guys want to be protected by keine.

The Spell Card Rules are bound by contract as well, to note. In any case, it's stated a few times here and there that humans from the village aren't for eating. By other various mentions, it's heavily implied outside humans, and maybe troublesome villagers, are a food source.
