Okay, I got it from a Jap board.
What you bought is the last soundtrack CD, and it included the code to unlock Ran, which you use through the code tab in the launcher.
All the data is included in the 2.0 update, it's more than 700MB. You unlock it with the code.

Pretty sure the uploader just uploads what they want you to download. For Silently Shooting Traitors - Stain & Rain, the download was WAV w/ huge scans, but for kairo - World Pulse, it was just a 192 CBR with txt document lyrics.

So don't blame melonbooks; it even tells you how big the archive will be on the info page, so you can guess what kind of bitrate you're getting. Blame the artist who thinks 128 CBR is acceptable.
