I'm thinking about making a forum for kigurumi, from scratch.

The basic features would be private and public galleries/images and potentially even videos.

You'd be able to upload images to a thread like usual but you'd also be able to link to a tweet(which would embed in the page) or a webpage so there would be less 'source pls' posts.

I think the main focus would be on allowing private discussion and sharing which seems to be important in the kigurumi community.

My only qualm would be that it'd be hard to gain users. I'd almost certainly allow anonymous posting, whether you'd still need an account or not I'm not sure.

As a suggestion: It'd be great to have a place that would /actually/ ban people that make, contentless, pointless posts or are simply a nuisance. Or at least have rules about that kind of behavior. Gaining users is a huge hurdle though, yes. Even though a lot of kigs are on facebook, most subgroups fail and die inevitably. There's just not that many people, and more importantly, there really isn't all THAT much to talk about.

Personally I don't think it's too big, but my issue is the hair. The bangs are not wide enough so the hair on the sides covers too much of the face. This is a problem with a lot of wyu/cici masks. more of the hair on the sides of the face needs to be cut into bangs. Everything else is fine, though the eyelashes feel a bit think on the sides. Should either make them smaller or cut the eye holes more into the corners to match.
