It's clear that the author's interest in the series is waning.

The next part might not come at all and even if it eventually does, it might well be the last one.
However I don't think the next part is going to end the whole story, so undoubtedly this story will end up unfinished.

Then again, I saw that coming miles away.
With the rate the story just keeps expanding upon itself while only slowing down with the releases, there's no hope for an ending or a proper conclusion.

Actually I take that back. I had a creeping feeling that I might be wrong about the last part not being the last, so I double checked. It says at the end of part 18:

So yeah, it's the next part is indeed the last part.
Since the episodes are highly inconsistent in length, I'm guessing it's going to be longer than just 5 minutes, considerably longer even.
And if it's longer, it's all the more natural to take longer making it too.
