I've listened to the first three. The first is a prequel when Yumemi is malfunctioning, and one of the planetarium members has to go and find her. It also ties into some of the stuff from the game, like when everyone in town is leaving due to the war, and they have to leave Yumemi behind.

Second deals with during the war in the South American mountains during a snow storm which has a group of soldiers who start getting picked off by a sniper. One of them survives and make it to a castle/mansion place and discovers the it's overrun with robot nuns, and one of them was killing his friends. The solider meets the person behind this and some shit happens.

The third is an epilogue to the game where these kids find the Junker and he tells them some stories. Eventually, they help him use Yumemi's memory stick and are able to use it to create a small planetarium, using an umbrella as the dome. Afterwards, I believe the Junker dies.

All three are pretty sad, just like the game.
