If you're lucky enough to get Penemue or Harariel, they're about just as good.
I think they have the White Wings bonus so using them with Sophie, Phanuel or Angel gives a decent +15% Def.
I still wish I had Nyx too, though. I like her looks.

I feel relieved from the downtempo sending hours. I still get some things here and there but overall it's a sorta deal where if not much people get sends, it doesn't take much points to maintain rank. I'm a little bit more free this weekend to pad some senders to top 500 since lately I've been busy with a lot of schoolwork. Well, anyways, hope you guys are all having a great time getting your Aphrodites, Astaroths, and Mephs! The grind is getting more boring day after day, but I'm still pulling through.

Is it even worth farming Aphrodite when you already have Phanuel? It's full heal, yes, but she has only 2 procs and less soldiers. All the vitality to get 2 Aphrodites would be better spent on spamming 1-1 academy for more Phanuel and Sophie, and getting progress points.

Unless you really want her for art or just want to add her into collection.

So I was making a HSR card and missed +5% arcana. I'm sure I clicked on it, but resulting stats say otherwise. 800 soldiers less.
This is only my 3rd HSR and that's why I will still use her in my team. But it makes me sad.

Yes, I lvl'd both of them to 50. Wiki says that she should have 10640 soldiers, but I have only 9880.
I think I know how I missed the arcana. I clicked on it to ensure it's the right one (that's like my 5th usage of it), checked the description, closed it and then clicked on fusion button thinking that everything is OK. But I think I forgot to click on the green checkbox to enable arcana.

At some point you just feed your Slimes all the N cards you get from Witches/chests or summons when your friendship points go to 9999 and you decide it's time to summon something (well, now you can get SR cards for free 2000 medals so it's not a total waste of time).

I have 12 Slimes (6 maxed) at the moment, all from random drops. You need 1 and great success + 2x exp arcanas to level up a SR from 1 to 50. 2 Slimes + arcanas for 1-60 HSR. And I don't think they even have to be maxed, 27lvl Slimes should be enough, I just level them up all the way up because I feel like that.

I just killed her, what gives? Haven't seen that bug before.

Question: I have a HSR Aphrodite but it was when I started the game and I must not have properly evolved her so she's missing some stats. I got a fresh SR Aphrodite now. If I used that HSR (whose stats are better than a 0* Aphrodite) will it essentially be the same as a properly evolved one, or is it still going to be gimped?

Haha, what grind? Just feed N cards to slimes, Lv27 slimes can be used to max level any card combined with arcana. When you AW hunt you get a lot of N cards, right now I have 15+ Lv27 slimes, at at most it takes 8 to max level a card (Lv80). For SR it only takes 1 (Lv50), HSR takes two (Lv60).

Do any you guys have any open slots for an alliance, perhaps? I recently left mine in hopes of joining a friend's, but randoms sniped the spot from me pretty quickly. orz I'm still Lv28, but I'm real active and make an effort to poke others with my AWs as often as possible. (added an entry to the list a few days ago as emi / 3vk8r)

I've been playing this game for about 6 months now. I'm pretty upset that I haven't gotten a single team buffer yet (my friends have gotten multiple) nor a good critter. During the anniversary event with the UR FAW, I wasn't even able to get more than one. I grinded so hard for the second one but never got it. I have honestly lost so much hope/motivation to continue. A team buffer is all I really ask for..

Elisabeth and Sophie are decent critters, and even your UR oracle is nothing to be sniffed at, coming in at 11k soldiers and 29k stat cap, it is comparable or even better than all SR critters.

Just keep working with a debuff team (I assume you are using one?) and keep sending those FAWs out. You'll get one of the team buffers one day.

And don't succumb to summons.

On that topic, I'm currently maxing the attack of my UR OA (since I couldn't get the HUR). Bad or good idea? I know that 29k is great and all, but is 2 procs generally sufficient? I'm with you, Parvati is my only team buffer and 20% at battle start for 100% damage just isn't worth it. I finally replaced her with High Vampire because at least 25% damage is consistent.

I have HUR Oracle ascendant and I team her up with a max Alp and Elisabeth. I kill arcwitches decently fast, FAWs kick my ass but there's nothing I can do about that.

Maxing critters should always be a first priority, so if you feel like you're gonna use that Elisabeth for a while, go for it. By the time you get enough good cards to replace her you'll be able to kill FAW, you'll be swimming in medals.

I think it depends on your team and whether or not you're going to wait for more Scyllas or not. Reason being is that a maxed Scylla is much more useful (imo) than Sophie because of the number of procs. But it would probably be fine to use Sophie until you finish Scylla (so you can start maxing the stats).

The first card I maxed was my Nicola (self 300% buff). It was actually a good idea since I was capable of killing AWs on my own. Then I went with a single (random) 300% buffer. If that procs with my Nicola, I'd actually have a chance to kill FAWs since I also ran my 0* Nyx with a healer (didn't have Cacao back then, used a shittier R card healer). 3 debuffs on a FAW and the ember leaves me in low red HP, which is amazing since Cacao can heal that up nicely. But all of this is too situational to my liking.

But what I did learn was that maxing a card is so damn worth it and I'm sad I did it so late.

FAW events depend entirely on how good your comrade list is. You don't need to go full nazi on your comrades, but a decent sized circle of people who send back will completely kill the purpose of shoes and swords.

That is one method of ranking but another is helping newer players who legit need help. To do that though you'd need to establish yourself which would at some point require you to do a massive amount of self feeding or getting fed yourself.

Do you guys think it's better to farm Aphrodites (still under level 100 at the moment) since I am in need of massive amounts of medals? Or should I just give up and keep farming 1-1 Phanuel to get possible Sophies (haven't gotten one yet unfortunately)? I do want an HSR Sophie just to have one for future use, but having Aphrodite and Astaroth to my collection is nice too (and to medal exchange).

Farming Sophie will be better medals in the long run unless you're planning on burning shoes. Aphrodite's area takes -6 vit a step, has a lower overall drop rate compared to Phanuel + Sophie and you have to get lucky for her to accident in the first place.

How much of a resource hog is Bluestacks? I was hoping I might be able to play this on my PC because my PC is crap, but it just occurred to me that since it's actually an emulator it can take considerably more processing than it would normally.

It'll get much easier, don't worry about it. This event is different because the ranking UR is exceptional compared to what we're used to, but just take it easy during other events until you've built yourself a solid team. The international server is actually very casual, all it takes is a team that can consistently and swiftly 0bp FAW to get top 100/50 effortlessly.

Once you've got yourself that dream team and made your killer status known to your comrades, it's actually harder to not rank.

I have the opposite problem, I have so many Slimes and Gold Girls I'm slowly running out of place. But game points are the best option to get them, SRs are easily replacable, ticket will probably just get you a crappy R, and all of them cost so much you will get bored of waiting halfway through.

Alternatively, I weaken the AW to ~5,000 health with my AWK team, then swap to a team of 2x +experience cards (such as Librarian or Star Reader) and then defeat the AW with my slime based team.

Million Arthur boss battles work differently from VC's Archwitches, in that the cost for battling Faeries in MA depends on your UNIT COST.
So if you fill out your team until the max cost, you'll only be able to do one Faerie battle, whereas if you fill only half of your max, you'll be able to do them twice, and so on.
Of course this gives rise to assholes who put only one Cost 2 card into their teams when they 'help'. Retarded system, if you ask me.

Just got Yatagarasu as my first UR. Is she any good?

So I followed a lot of people's advice and added some high-level comrades.

This is amazing. Having good killers turned everything around. They every kill Sophie (thank God for that free first battle) and Phanuel I sent in less than five minutes. Cue me being overwhelmed by the amount of R drops and medals obtained from trading them away.

I'm looking for an opinion on my AW team set up. Currently I have:

2 maxed Oracle Ascendants
Uriel

My original plan was to get my third Oracle maxed and use that as my fifth, but I stumbled onto a Uriel. So I've been using her until then.

It's..working pretty well so far so I'm not sure if I need to change this anymore. I can't reliably kill a FAW in one battle at the moment, not sure if a third Oracle would make things more consistent.

Your team is the same as mine, except I have a 0* Lilim instead of Uriel. Uriel was my very first non-AW HSR a few months ago when I was a newbie, and she is useless. She may be good with an unleasher (dunno about this as I don't have one) but I would use another damage dealer there over her.

Instead of a critter, perhaps try a 300% self-buffer or party buffer. 1 proc should be enough to give your Oracles max crits.

Oh no, I've got good rewards to claim from my presents. I was really ready to let my presents just become an endless pit, but of course they send reward items there even if you're nowhere near full on those in your inventory. There's probably more in there than I realize and now it might get too full from medals before I get there. I'll probably max something I don't really need, it's gonna be real tough.

Sedna bonus should be multiplicative and give almost 100% buff with 3 stacks, but with 10% chance I wouldn't expect more than 2 ever. High Vampire has better stats that would make her more durable if you need someone to soak some hits.

You can also try Military Band, she has low stats but 10-15% (lv1-lv10) chance for 50% buff. As long as she procs before dying it's fine. Probably the best N/HN card in the game, easy to obtain and very cheap to max skill (SR is like 5k medals total, if you just started it may be a problem).

The problem with that is it only lists the NEWEST players by start date, and doesn't explain things like who has went on hiatus or has never went on the spreadsheet before.

Now, you can go through the previous revisions and see which people have added their names to the spreadsheet, or we can do something akin to TCGAPP where players list their last update to their entry on the spreadsheet.

However, the latter can be tedious for some. But that's one way of finding the "new" players, or ones coming back from hiatus.

Holy shit, the FAWs this event look amazing. Ragnarok is waifu/10. And Mai Waifu is equal parts hilarious and cringeworthy. The SR looks kinda bleh though, I feel like her art is a lot less detailed or something.

Soooo any idea what causes the level 400 archwitch, Ragnarok or whatever, to spawn instead of the normal lvl300 one? I just had it happen for absolutely no apparent reason... is it just a small % chance or do we not know yet?

Ragnarok appeared before Matrix for me in a low vit area, so It's probably just random. Ha, the AW screen says you can earn Ragnarok by defeating her, while the news says amalgamation.
