I went to their concert March 2nd.
It was the most metal event I've ever been to.
At one point there were six (6!) people running in a circle in the general admission area.

I was within a meter of Yui and Moa when her car drove her past the merch line and into the venue.
It seems Su gets a separate car.

One of the best things about the concert was obtaining the tickets.
I asked a friend of mine who leads a "real" metal band in Osaka to type the moonrunes into the machine for me as I fail at everything related to Japanese writing.
I could see the tears welling in her eyes over my request. Not sure if they were laugher or sadness though.

I was pretty surprised.

For reference, I took a picture that shows them wearing real socks (I think...). It's from the Legend I concert in October 2012.
The fabric seems thicker and the exposed leg skin looks somewhat more natural, although they could just have used a different kind of pantyhose then.

Just realized you're probably talking about Hana with the wrestling stuff instead of Moa being teary-eyed. She is a candidate for the next student council president of Sakura Gakuin, being in the same school year with Yui, Moa, and Yunano. With Yui and Moa being busy with BABYMETAL they might not have time to lead the other girls in the group, so Hana as the more senior(in the group) of the remaining two is a viable choice even if she isn't exactly front girl material, plus her singing is good enough to carry the group at least.

I just watched the interesting parts of Suu's graduation and noticed how most of the younger girls couldn't hold back tears during the speeches (Moa had them running down her face for 10 minutes straight during the speech part of the show and then cried again when she said goodbye later), but most of the older girls were more successful (with one disgraceful exception). You could Suu see fighting to keep herself from starting to cry, and she succeed except for a short part near the end of her speech, which I think was a remarkable success for a 14 year old girl during such an emotional event.
Moa was a real crybaby, she can learn a lot from Terminator Suu and Sociopath Yui, who stayed dry even during the tearful conclusion of the event.

It's a bit disappointing that the crowd was so lukewarm.

As to the question which style is better: The first gives a good idea what their concert performance looks like. It shows you their dancing, the stage composition and what everything looks like from the audience's perspective. The second is a more candid, behind-the-scenes, documentary kind of approach. You get close ups of the girls you don't get in the first kind of video, but you also never really see what their performance actually looks like. there is no context for the shown parts. There's also no immersion for you, because you constantly see dispassionate technicians and the whole infrastructure behind a concert all the time.
Overall the Z version is a far better concert video, while the other is better if you are only interested in seeing just the girls, and from a more detached point of view. They don't merge with their performance. The Gesamtkunstwerk stays hidden from you.

In an article about Japan I read a long time ago it said something about what foreigners perceive as wacky, the Japanese see parodies of and nostalgic references to other things(I remember it mentioning Kyary and Gundam in some way but forgot how). Do you guys think it's the same case with BABYMETAL?
I know that Akatsuki is said to be similar to X JAPAN songs', and the Budokan concert title Akai Yoru/Kuroi Yoru is another direct homage to that group. And of course their VTR talking about hugely powerful idols are a reference to the 48 groups.
Any other things you see? Things that are immediately obvious to an idol wota? Things that a metalhead instantly recognize?

I just use MPC's inbuilt screenshot functionality to take png caps and then batch convert them with Photoshop.
