You can't, there are some people who think the bare minimum requirements to relate to kigurumi is enough, that's why you have bad ones continuing to exist. Good examples of shit-tier ones are Wyu, Claire, Cody, etc(Any WyuClones). The funny thing is that only their group compliments each other while everyone else hates them. I think the best way to deal with them ruining the hobby is to ignore them like most Japanese kigs and do not give them any attention they seek.

follow-me eyes are established tech. i don't know if they can be made to work for kigurumi.

the lenses need to be aspherical; make them deep to give a strong tracking effect and the bulging orbs would be off-model from a side profile, make them on-model (like a small slice from a soccer ball) and they barely do any tracking, but they'll give reflections of ceiling lights, computer screens and photographers. not great for the intended use.

I know nothing about kigs and i had this idea
So i always don't like how you can tell where the masks end and the neck starts, and how zentai is always a little different color etc. And my idea is like that: a mask is made of two parts:
1. kinda like the normal masks but unpainted, something to hold the shape
2. whatever the zentai is made from with all the details painted on it
Kinda like realistic human masks combined with a kigurumi mask underneath to keep the shape.
does it make sense and why not

Also do people ever use things like silicone for skin? I only see what looks like standard clothing materials stuff and rarely rubbery looking stuff.

Can you call the skin zentai when it doesn't cover the whole skin and only the visible parts? Do people do that or is it uncommon? (makes more sense to me since why cover your entire skin if it doesn't show, especially in cases like >>11972712)

this doesn't work because you simply cant get the same level of detail painting on fabric and you loose subtleties like the definition on the mouth area

it also makes is pretty hard to use different zentais

people have on occasion, GouKaOu sometimes makes latex kigurumi suits

the trouble is they aren't at all as breathable as zentais and so aren't really great for con usage people will often stay in costume for 5 hours or more

they are used but they simply aren't as practical for general wear (plus heat becomes an issue im sure) but if its in a bedroom environment go wild

often sort of tights type thing with ones for the upper body to that are separate

That Remilia looks pretty decent to me, actually (provided it's done right in real life if you go down that route). Haven't seen a nuko Remilia before too so it'd be a first (as far as I know)
