I tried going to sleep with some stomache pain, and woke up four hours later to a terrible gallbladder attack that left me almost unable to breathe and I felt like my insides were on fire. I had to pop some tramadol and wait an hour before the pain subsided enough for me to pass out.
I'm feeling better now, but there was no way of remembering to say it.

I can tell this is going to be a terrible month. I do not expect good things on my birthday on the 13th.
