I'd like to correct the translation of Miko's title as "Crown Princess" instead of "prince". She was referred to by the others as 太子 (lit. "great child"), it's a word that indicates imperial succeessor without denoting gender. It's the same in Chinese (太子, "tàitziə̌") and Vietnamese (thái tử) language. However, since it's customary to have a male child to success the throne, normal translation of 太子 for historical records and novel is "crown prince", even though "crown princess" is also correct (indeed the word 太子 had been used for the last princess of the Lý Dynasty, Vietnam, before she became an Empress).

it is yet to be confirmed if ZUN said she was refered as "princess" or if they have female leader back then, so like this guy said >>11898465

And since it is her past-life title, what she was is more important than what she is now. So just because she's now girl there's no reason to changed it "Princess" if her past stating otherwise.
