There's no such thing. There are girls who are petite chested or flat, but there's nothing like having boobs 3 times the size of your head for flatness. Lucky Channel, the short at the end of each episode, was pretty funny. The rest of the show couldn't decide if it wanted to be meta anime commentary or slice of life. Lucky Channel is all meta commentary, so it works.

It has its good parts and its bad parts. Bad parts mostly being the first 4 episodes which were directed by a bad director. The rest of it is exactly the same in tone as Azumanga Daioh, except with more "us otaku huh" and Haruhi cameos. The little segments at the end are pretty funny, being about this annoying loli idol and this harassed costar(who have the same actors and relative roles in Nichijou as Hakase and Sakamoto)

There's also these occasional segments about the animate guy Anime Tenchou, done by the guy who did G-gundam(characters), Moeyo Pen, and Blazing Transfer Student, and is the best, if not only thing worth watching in the show.
