also dr. pepper is very rare in most parts here in europe and since "dr. pepper" is only a brand my dr. pepper tastes probably totally different from your dr. pepper
i only drink dr. pepper about one or two times a month and my dr. pepper tastes very tingly/foamy. since of that you can't really drink it on a daily basis
most time i drink cherry coke, tonic bitter lemon or some coke from a local brewery
