Well, it is the best end and the hardest to get in the game. Unless you have almost-perfect stats you'll get the second best ending where you confess but you get mocked at on a national scale.

By the way, the mindbreak ending is the second-worst ending (though really, just the worst given the implied consequences), the worst ending has him never making it to be an idol and just getting hit on by guys (which is why he wanted to be an idol to begin with [albeit a male one before getting stuck with the trap idol shtick]).
