depends on your definitions.

by my definition (which is the best), the degree to which one is left wing is the degree to which one believes in/will go for equalitarianism, to be right wing is to be hierarchal.

with this, can we say whether national socialists were equalitarian or hierarchal? obviously they believed in some degree of hierarchy (which naturally follows from pronouncing value on any given thing [such as, races]), but they were also populists, after all. they too engaged in a leveling tendency, such that as long as you are in the right in-group, you could usually count on being brought along with everyone else. this of course is generally how most people tend to act when left to their own devices aswell. they will form thedes and cliques, which have some form of criteria and exclusionary principles, but will tend to support those within the thede equinanimously.

naturally, we can neither support everything, or nothing, so when it comes to principles, pick your biases (the deck is rigged, but its the only game in town).

Don't worry. It was vetted during the '12 national convention of each party. Republicans had a few objections to number 4 (a few suggested she was being overly statist) and 11 (This was mostly from Rand Paul, though), while Democrats had to be persuaded that number 8 was actually what happened, but in the end a 2/3rds majority vote was obtained on each item by each party.
